  • Returns Policy

    We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

    1. Eligibility

      • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

      • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

      • All original tags must be attached. Returns will not be accepted if tags have been removed, cut, or reattached.

      • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

    2. Return Process

        within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

      • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item(s).

      • Please ensure the garment is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

      • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

    3. Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

      • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    4. Exchanges

      • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
